It’s that time of year again we all love hitting up Amazon to see what potentially juicy sales await us. I’ve taken the liberty to scour the best chocolate deals are good quality chocolate that is both on sale and healthy. These companies all pass my quality check for healthier brands that you can safely consume. I won’t keep you waiting so let’s hop into some Prime Day deals.

Raaka Chocolate: Best Sellers Trio – 17% Discount $19.16 ($22.99)

Raaka Chocolate rarely goes on sale due to their quality and are absolutely worth the asking price (of which I’ve bought many). They consistently set the bar for transparency over almost any company. They also publicly disclose heavy metal testing and even go as far as putting the region from which each bar of chocolate came from. Raaka works with many cooperatives around the world and they label their chocolate by region so you can start developing a palette for certain regions or even just support regions of your choosing. Most companies are not this transparent so Raaka is always a top recommendation for me. They also do not roast their cacao but instead ferment it to high enough temperatures to kill off harmful bacteria so this chocolate will have a very unique taste of it own that you won’t likely find elsewhere. Grab some Raaka while on sale because sales are far and few between with this chocolate.

You can also grab one of Raaka’s more mobile and cute micro-bars on sale right now at a cool 20% off – $26.39 ($32.99).

SunWarrior Organic Cacao Powder – 20% Discount $7.98 ($9.98)

SunWarrior is a lesser known but solid vegan wellness company that provides various products ranging from protein powders to cacao powder and many supplements. SunWarrior prides itself on sustainability and social responsibility. They manufacture their raw materials themselves and have everything lab tested to follow FDA guidelines. Their cacao is very highly rated and all natural, instead of the usual Dutched/Alkalized powders we often see (there’s nothing wrong with Dutched-Processed cacao, mind you). By remaining natural, SunWarrior’s cacao powder will retain more nutrients and flavor so if you’re ready to start baking or toss some powder into a smoothie, then you might consider grabbing a bag of SunWarrior while it’s 20% off.

Kiva Raw Organic Cacao Powder – 25% Discount $10.50 ($14.00)

Kiva Organic specializes in organic honey but they sell a range of other products too. Their cacao powder claims to come from Criollo beans of which there’s only about 3-5% of worldwide making it exceedingly rare. The reviews for this product are much higher than many of the other cacao powders on sale and after some research they do seem to be a smaller, authentic company that specializes in higher quality specialty products. If this cacao truly is sourced from Criollo, then there’s no doubt it’d be one of the better tasting cacao powders you’ll find. Criollo beans are known for their very fruity and aromatic fragrance and rich chocolately flavor. They are active on social media and look to be a solid cacao powder manufacturer.

Allpa Peruvian Cacao Powder – 20% Discount $10.39 ($12.99)

Peru is a strong contender for world’s best coffee and chocolate. A majority of the world’s luxury criollo cacao bean originate from Peru among other Central and South American countries. Allpa is a Latin owned Peruvian import company that sells and distributes specialty products form Peru to around the globe. Many reviewers claim this cacao is the richest they’ve ever had and has a strong flavor as it’s left natural and not alkalized. If you’re a coffee enthusiast then you already know Peru has some of the world’s best, and in the cacao world it’s no different. Grab a bag if you’re a fan of Peruvian agriculture, you’ll surely not be disappointed.

MarkRin Organic Cacao Powder – Discount 20% $9.59 ($11.99)

MarkRin is a very interesting chocolate company. What makes them very unique is they are based out of Thailand, and if that wasn’t enough, MarkRin have their own variety of cacao bean that’s a cross between Criollo and Philippine Forastero cacao bean called I.M.1 variety. Because of this, MarkRin’s cacao will most likely taste unlike almost any chocolate you are used to up to this point. The reviews reflect as much. The owners of MarkRin of P.h.D holders that have spent their lives in and around agriculture and have come together to create a uniquely flavored cacao bean. This cacao powder is absolutely worth a try and I may have to try it myself.
